Our vision for The Country is grand, and it’s unfolding in phases. Phase 1 consists of Phase 1A, 1B, and 1C. We are currently selling 22 lots in Phase 1A. After these 22 lots are taken, we’ll proceed to Phase 1B and 1C, which will offer over 90 lots. Our Phase 1 spans over 20+ acres, spacious enough for a vibrant community. 

Our available lots offer a range of options, with prices between $128,000 and $177,000. Each lot provides ample space for a triple-car garage, and some lots are graded to accommodate a walkout basement.
